We at The Melbourne Cake Company are a leading supplier of wedding cakes & cupcakes across the East Midlands region, we are based in the beautiful small market town of Melbourne, Derbyshire. The company was established in 2009 and has a track record of delivering great bespoke wedding cakes to both individual and commercial clients. We specialise in vintage, classic and contemporary designs, however we also love completing novelty cakes when we get the opportunity. Our cake decorating workshops where launched in 2012 with some great feedback for our method of teaching from our course leader. We offer a range of beginner/refresher cake decorating classes from simply how to professionally cover a cake to cupcake and cookie decorating classes. Our workshops are restricted to small numbers (4-8 people), allowing you to maximise the learning of new cake decorating skills. Our courses are usually half day events held throughout the year, which focus on having hands on fun experience. Popular classes that we deliver are 'how to professionally cover a cake'.
Our cake decorating courses are held at The Melbourne View Hotel, Melbourne which is located on the borders of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. The training venue is within 30 miles travel distance to the major cities/towns of Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Chesterfield, Mansfield, and Birmingham. | Available Course Dates:-
